Like any good business, a family needs leadership. Leadership sets agendas, calls meetings, holds individuals accountable, and enforces the rules, customs, and protocols that are as common in family units as they are in business. Unlike a business, however, the common objective is not necessarily to increase the financial bottom line for investors and shareholders.

Leadership Training

Leadership is developed through process. Skills are needed within each generational grouping.

Family Governance

The leadership structure within the family will vary, as will those selected to serve in leadership roles, depending upon the nature of the shared interest. It will be different while the wealth creator is still active compared to when that individual has retired or is no longer here. It is likely to change through the generations.
