Family Strategic Plan and Constitution

We offer strategic planning for affluent families that focuses on governance and leadership, allocation of resources, communication rules and procedures for resolving conflict. We prepare a long-range strategic plan for the family intended to span multi-generations, followed by a comprehensive family constitution under which the rules and procedures developed in the strategic plan are implemented.
