Sometimes the responsibilities of cash management, bookkeeping; travel, and general lifestyle assistance interfere with the enjoyment of life. At this point in your life, those tasks are an annoyance although the work must still be done. We have the resources of First Foundation Bank, our affiliate, through which we can provide a complete family office suite of services.

Cash Management

A critical factor in ensuring that the planning objectives are achieved is proper oversight and operations of the entities created. This includes cash management, financial accounting and tax compliance. We work with the tax advisors of our clients to establish proper systems and reporting procedures.

Bill Paying

We can also assist in paying the bills of our clients or their business or investment entities. We are available to prepare monthly account reconciliations for total family entity management. We can provide monthly or quarterly financial statements - balance sheets, cash flow and income statements including consolidated investment reporting and security cost-basis tracking. All cash management bank accounts can be viewed via Internet access through First Foundation Bank's online bill pay feature.

Concierge Services

This is where you call when you need tickets to a Broadway show or dog sitting services. You don't have to have your own family office to enjoy these privileges. We're your virtual family office.
