Mr. Stemper has received the President's Recognition Award for Quality of Advice and has served on the committee to set and review the Quality of Advice standards for over 8,000 advisors nationally. Mr. Stemper earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University.
